We take pride in our quick and easy shipping options. All orders have the option of the following shipping methods:

Processing your order
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, we start processing orders daily at 9am. Any orders that come in after 9am will be processed the next day. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest possible time.
Packing your order
We take exceptional care in packing your order. Each piece is individually boxed, and then secured within the packaging to minimise movement. We then bubble wrap the entire package.
Shipping your Order
We use Australia Post express post service. If you are not home when the package arrives, Australia Post will provide a Collect Card for the nearest Post Office.
You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you asap to keep you informed.
Tracking Your Order
All orders will receive a confirmation email with details to track your order. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times.
If you want to cancel or change your order, for any reason, please contact us asap on 1800 819 796. Please ensure you have your Order Confirmation handy.
Butterfly Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
