RETURN POLICY – STORE PURCHASES

On the odd occasion when our products do not meet our strict guidelines, we’ll do our best to fix the problem.

CHANGE OF MIND:
  • We will not provide a refund if you change your mind
  • We will exchange items, providing they are unworn, undamaged, unmarked and are in a re-saleable condition
  • Exchanges must be for the same or greater value. We will provide a gift voucher if you cannot find a replacement
FAULTY ITEMS:

We have a 3 month guarantee on all our products. We will happily replace or exchange any item – regardless of the fault – with proof of purchase within the guarantee period. Excludes product which has been lost or altered.You can choose an exchange or a refund if an item has a MAJOR problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone buying it had they known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed

PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

We understand buying online can be a little daunting, especially if you’d like to touch and feel the product prior to purchase.

That’s why we are happy to provide a hassle-free, no questions asked, return policy for all online purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your online Butterfly Silver purchase, and would like to change your mind, Simply return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. No questions asked, no hassles, no problem!

We only ask for the item to be returned in a new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit . Full terms are located on the Returns Form. Download the BFS Online Returns Form

FAULTY GOODS – ONLINE PURCHASES

On the odd occasion when our products do not meet our strict guidelines, we’ll do our best to fix the problem. We will exchange items, providing they are unworn, undamaged, unmarked and are in a re-saleable condition. However, we do not provide a refund if you change your mind.

Exchanges must be for same or greater value. We can provide a gift voucher if you cannot find a replacement at the time. You can choose an exchange or a refund if an item has a Major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone buying it had they know about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not Major, we will repair or replace the item. If this cannot be done in a reasonable time, you can choose a replacement or a refund.

Goods cannot be returned when they have been lost or damaged after delivery or if they have been used for a reasonable time.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase is required.

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER:

  1. Complete the BFS Online Returns Form with all relevant details.
  2. If you are changing your mind, please ensure this is submitted within the 14 days of purchase.
  3. Once complete, print the completed Returns Form and include with the original purchase, in original condition
