Do we accept overseas orders?

No. We only accept orders from Australian customers at this time.

How is my order shipped?

We use Australia Post eParcel to deliver our orders.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

All our orders are shipped using the Australia Post eParcel service which is a secure service which does require a signature on delivery. If you are not home when the postman comes he will leave a card so you can collect your parcel at the nearest Post Office. It is not safe for us to send parcels using unsecured methods as we cannot guarantee delivery to you.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Under $50 order value = $10 shipping
$50 to $100 order value = $5 shipping
$100 or more order value = Free Shipping.

This fee covers the packaging and secure shipping of the goods. This is a standard fee for any address in Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes.
