Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, you may
return it under the following conditions and exclusions:
Online Store Conditions:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days.
- Goods must be in their original un-used and un-worn condition.
- Goods must include your order number and date of purchase.
- Please contact us
prior to returning the goods to ensure that a return is valid.
- Return postage is paid by the purchaser.
- Goods must be returned using registered mail.
Excludes:
- any jewellery which is inserted into a part of the body such
as stud earrings, navel bars etc. This is for health reasons.
- rings which have been sized to fit you
- products which have been worn or damaged
We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind about the
purchase.
We offer a 3 month warranty against faulty workmanship or materials.
This warranty does not include wear and tear, accidental or intentional
damage. If the item is found to be faulty within that period we
will choose to replace it, repair it or refund it.
All customer claims will be dealt with under the guidelines of
the current Consumer Trading Laws applicable to your state. For

Fair Trading in your state.
