• Have all your silver jewellery cleaned for free. All stores are equipped with special cleaning equipment and our staff are trained on how to keep silver clean. Our staff are more than happy to show you how to keep your jewellery clean as well so this can be a valuable a learning experience.
  

• There will be a birthday present for you every year, all you need to do is let us know the day and month of your birthday and have a working email address. You will receive a coupon by email to the value of 5% of your total purchases since your last birthday. This is in addition to the coupons received during the year.

Conditions:

1. Coupon redemptions are not available with any other offer or discount. Not available on laybys, as a layby payment or for purchasing gift vouchers. Only available to Butterfly Club members with working email or sms. Not transferable.
2. Coupons only print on receipts for Club members.
3. Redemption of coupons requires minimum spend of double the coupon value. Coupons can be combined.
4. Coupons expire in 60 days.
5. Membership details must be provided prior to sale completion to enable discount coupon processing to occur.
6. Free cleaning may not be available during busy periods, however we will make arrangements for a convenient time.
7. Minimum of one purchase before your birthday to qualify for bonus birthday coupon.
8. Birthday coupons are not available if you opt-out of email or sms because we can't send you your coupon.
