  2. Employing the best people with the best attitudes to run our stores. Must be able to work a rotating roster which includes some weekends and late nights depending on the centre hours.

To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Possess high professional standards in personal presentation and attitude.
  • To be self motivated, multi task and show initiative.
  • Knowledge in merchandising, prioritizing daily tasks and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Well developed communication and people skills.
  • Able to maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Have strong selling techniques.
  • The ability to implement changes where necessary to increase & maintain sales.
  • Have strong customer focus & competently deal with customer queries and complaints.
  • To abide by company policies & procedures in relation to OH&S to ensure a safe environment for customers, staff & contractors.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, which includes one full weekend and late night -Thursday/Friday, per month.
