Butterfly Silver was founded in 2002 with the first store being opened in Morayfield, Queensland. The store opened with quality silver jewellery individually selected for style and quality.

The website also opened in 2002 to showcase our range of quality sterling silver jewellery.

The owner's passion for product means they are constantly on the lookout for great design. In the last year or two this has led to more and more of the products being designed in house, making the range completely unique with a huge number of styles to choose from.

Quality is another primary focus of the company. The use of only Sterling Silver throughout the range with stone settings being tested and monitored. The body jewellery range features only surgical grade steel fittings. As the owners have a background in jewellery design, manufacture and gem setting they do not compromise on quality.

This passion for design and quality has lead to Butterfly Silver becoming an increasingly popular destination, this in turn has led to more and more stores being opened. In fact the company just opened their 20th store in November 2009.
